Chicken Parmesan

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2  cups spaghetti sauce, low sodium
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
12 oz. box whole-grain pasta, cooked according to directions
  2. Grease a 9X13' glass baking dish. Lay chicken in pan and pour spaghetti sauce over top. Turn chicken to coat in sauce.
  3. Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 35-40 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and continue to cook 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  5. Serve over pasta.
  7. Brown chicken in skillet on both sides.
  8. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken.
  9. Simmer 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done.
  10. Sprinkle with grated cheese and continue cooking until cheese melts
  11. Serve over pasta.
