Tuna Burgers

1 can (12 ounces) water packed tuna, drained, save liquid
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
1/3 + 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs, divided
2   eggs, beaten
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
6 hamburger buns
  1. Break tuna into small pieces.
  2. Cook onion in butter until tender.
  3. Combine cooked onion, 1/3 cup bread crumbs, eggs, mustard, salt and tuna in a medium sized bowl; mix well.
  4. Shape into 6 burgers. Roll each burger in remaining (1/4 cup) bread crumbs.
  5. Spray skillet with non-stick spray.
  6. Cook burgers on medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until brown on one side.
  7. Turn carefully and cook until brown on other side.
  8. Serve on hamburger buns.
