1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas
1 lb. baby carrots
1 medium onion, diced
4 skinless chicken breasts, thawed
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 cup chicken broth, low sodium
1 tsp. dried basil
  1. Put peas, carrots, and onion in bottom of slow cooker; add chicken breasts on top of vegetables.
  2. Top with salt, pepper, and broth. Sprinkle with basil.
  3. Cover with lid.
  4. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8-10 hours.
