Turkey Bean Joes

1 lb. ground turkey
½ cup onion, chopped
½ cup ketchup
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 can (15 ounces) vegetarian refried beans
1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained
  1. In skillet, cook turkey and onion 5 to 7 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink.
  2. Drain and return mixture to skillet.
  3. Stir in ketchup, horseradish, mustard, and beans and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until mixture is heated through.
  5. Serve over toasted bread or buns.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers.
