½ cup cooked ham or smoked turkey, chopped
16 ounces frozen or fresh greens (turnip, mustard, collard, or kale)
1 cup water
  1. Place chopped meat, onion, and greens into medium saucepan.
  2. Add water and simmer for 25 minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
