ALL Marion County 4-H livestock project members enrolled in Beef, Sheep, Swine, Goats, Dairy, Horse and Poultry are REQUIRED to complete the MANDATORY Quality Assurance and Ethics Certification. Members must complete the certification in order to remain enrolled in the livestock project area and be eligible to exhibit their livestock project. Members must print the completion certificate and send a copy sent to the Marion County Extension Office. The deadline to have the certification complete and a copy of the completed certificate to the Extension Office is June, 1. Please visit the website at http://web.extension.illinois.edu/qaec to complete the certification. Per new state guidelines, members failing to complete the certification by the June 1 deadline will have their project removed and will not be allowed to enter or exhibit at county 4-H shows or Illinois State Fair.
