"Healthful" Nutrition Tips

Looking to cut down on sodium? Aim for 2,300 milligrams of sodium or less (less than 1 teaspoon). Replace salt with herbs. Experiment with fresh and dry herbs. 1/4 tsp powdered=3/4 tsp. crumbled=3 tsp. fresh herbs.
