Earth Machine Compost Bin Sale

The 2nd Annual "Earth Machine" compost bin sale will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2006 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the parking lots of the following locations: Garfield Park Conservatory, 300 North Central Park Avenue at Lake Street, the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences, 3807 West 111th Street and North Park Village Nature Center, 5801 North Pulaski Road. Bins will be sold for $25.00 each to Chicago residents only with proof of residency. These bins usually retail at $80.00 each. Cash or check only. Rain or shine. The "Earth Machine" has been selected by over 3,000 municipalities for their backyard composting programs. It has an 80-gallon capacity and is 33 inches high with a 33-inch diameter. The "Earth Machine" is made of a UV resistant polyethylene with 50% recycled materials and has an easy to use twist-locking lid to help control ventilation. The vents are large enough for air circulation, but too small for rodents. It is easily assembled without tools. There is a ten-year manufacturers' warranty against cracking, deterioration, or warping. Will fit in any vehicle.
