Roundworm

Roundworms are a common internal parasite. They affect the stomach and intestines of a dog. They can block some nutrients from being absorbed into the body. This would cause the dog a nutrient deficiency. Dogs can get roundworms by eating other dog’s feces or from eating soil. The eggs of roundworms can survive for a long time in the soil.

Common symptoms of roundworms are pot belly, diarrhea and vomiting.
