On your pet’s birthday, celebrate by having a birthday party that will benefit the animal shelter. Ask your guests to bring something for the animals at the shelter like food, toys, blankets, leashes, treats and collars. Go to the shelter’s website to see if they have a "wish list" of things they would like to have. Some shelters may let you have your party at the shelter.
