Coleus is grown for its colorful foliage (leaves),
not its flowers. To make the colorful foliage last
longer, pinch the main stem of the plant back two
to three inches. This will give you a bushier plant.
Coleus
root from cuttings easily. In the fall pot up a coleus
from the garden; take cuttings and root them in water.
Rooted plants can be potted up. |
