STEM Related 4-H Special Interest Clubs

  • Engineering SPIN Club
    High schoolers are invited to work with local volunteer and engineer on a team project. This club meets in Mason County.

  • Gardening Special Interest (SPIN) club
    Youth ages 8 to 18 are invited to join the gardening 4-H SPIN Club to learn gardening skills and help feed the animals at Wildlife Prairie Park.This club typically begins in April.

  • River Valley Exploration Club
    This special interest club focuses on water and wildlife quality of waterways feeding into the Illinois River. Get close to nature as we hike to creeks for collection of water samples and aquatic macroinvertebrates for research. This club meets in Mason County.

  • Rocketry SPIN Club
    The 2017-2018 4-H year, this SPIN Club is meeting for 6 weeks in the fall.
