May 18, 2012 in my Garden

The garden is really starting to come alive now! I love sitting in my new shade garden or in my gazebo or watching the fish in our garden pond. Many different garden rooms and views. Here are some highlights from last week.

Herb garden
Planted annual herbs and am anxcious to watch my new tea garden plants grow. I have a third clematis in bloom (unknown variety). I painted and moved a bench and containers from garden to the patio. I love the camp green color I chose, which blends with other greens in the garden.

Perennial and pool gardens
Bananas are in the ground and growing quickly. Vines are planted along fences and arbors.

Firepit area - new trees doing well

Garden pond and pergola - FROGS!!! and new impatiens.

Front entrance - spirea in full bloom.

NEW shade garden - lovely!

Be sure to enjoy time in your garden.
