Preserve the Taste of Summer - New online course
University of Illinois Extension is excited to announce our new food preservation series, "Preserve the Taste of Summer."
This 8-module online course covers everything from food safety and canning basics to pickles and jams.
The course is self-paced, so you can learn when it is convenient for you!
Participants who complete the online course will be eligible to participate in exclusive hands-on workshops.
New reduced oourse fee: $30.
