What Is a Seed?

Which of the following plants grows from an acorn?

Incorrect

Oak Tree An acorn is the seed of an oak tree. These trees have a little extra help in spreading their seeds. When oak trees drop their acorns in the fall, many of them are gathered by squirrels for food. The squirrels bury some of the acorns in the ground to save for a later time. In the springtime, some of the acorns that have not been uncovered sprout and begin growing into new oak trees!
