4-H Recognition for Excellence Awards, Award Applications and 4-H Project Goal Sheets

  • 4-H Veterinary Science Award Application PDF
    This award recognizes youth that have enrolled and demonstrated mastery in the 4-H Veterinary Science project for a minimum of three years. Open to youth who are 15 to 18-years-old as of September 1, 2016 and currently enrolled in the 4-H Vet Science project. Winners will receive a $200 cash prize. Awarded once in a 4-H member’s career.

    A historical listing of award recipients in Knox County 4-H.

  • Excell Club Award Application PDF
    Any club enrolled with their local Extension Office by August 1 of the calendar year in which they are submitting an application is eligible to apply. The application should reflect the involvement of club members and leaders working together as a team toward the accomplishment of a common goal. The activities and projects must relate to the specific award category and must be completed from September 1 of the previous year to August 31 of the year in which the application is being completed.

  • IL 4-H Award Application PDF
    Open to 4-H members’ age 15 to 18-years-old as of September 1, 2016. May apply in any of the award areas. Awarded once in a 4-H member’s career. Due to your local county Extension office.

  • My Experience Award Application PDF
    This replaces the old Standard of Excellence.Any Illinois 4-H member may complete this application at the end of each 4-H year. Turn in this application by August 31st.
