    Youth in 4-H can learn marksmanship, the safe and responsible use of firearms, principles of hunting and archery and much more. The actives of the program and support of caring adult leader provides young people with opportunity to develop life skill, self-worth conversation ethics and mastery of shooting discipline. The Knox County 4-H Shooting Sports offers four disciplines of Archery, Rifle, Hunters Wild life and Shot gun. Youth ages 8- 18 are eligible for Archery, Hunters Wild life and Air Rifle. The .22 Small bore Rifle and Shot gun are ages 10-18. These attachments are the Risk form, Enrollment form and the Health forms, please fill these out per youth accompanied by a payment of $ 20.00 per youth. But if your youth belongs to a 4-H traditional club the $ 20. 00 fee does not apply. But in the discipline of Shotgun fee is $40.00, due to the cost of consumable of shells and clays. Forms and payment can be drop off at the office in Galesburg at 180 Soangetaha Rd, suite 108 once again thank you for your interest in the Knox County 4-H Shooting Sports.
