Features
Tiny, creamy white flowers packed closely in a ball-like structure, in mid-summer; fragrant and attractive to bees; fruit also in ball-like structure, green with a red tint, turning brown late in the season.

Full sun; must have moist soils and can grow in wet sites (even along the water's edge); tolerates alkaline soil.
