Features
Large trumpet-shaped flowers in shades of red, orange and yellow in late summer; crisp attractive foliage;long, hanging pod-like fruit. 
 
Culture
Full sun; grows in almost any soil; heat and drought tolerant. Should be pruned frequently. 
 
Cultivars
  • 'Crimson Trumpet'-has red flowers with no orange in them.
  • 'Flava'-has yellow flowers.
 
 
Mature Height
35 Feet (Extremely vigorous and fast growing vine. This vine will ususally grow to the top of the support, even on failry tall supports.)
