Additional Notes
Select from early, mid-season and late blooming cultivars to extend the bloom season over a 4-6 week period. Don't plant the roots too deep. Plant no deeper than 2 inches. Don't over-fertilize or it results in reduced flowering. May never need dividing. May take 2-3 years to establish and bloom. Don't plant in the shade or in competition with tree roots or over fertilize as all lead to poor or no flowering.
