Features
Clusters of tubular flowers in shades of yellow-orange, orange and red. Flowers are not fragrant. Waxy, blue-green leaves in summer. 
 
Culture
Full sun to shade. Moist, well drained soils are best, but hsi vine is fairly drought tolerant. 
 
Cultivars
  • 'Alabama Crimson' has red flowers.
  • 'Blanche Sandman' has orange red flowers and will rebloom. It shows good resistance to leaf diseases.
  • 'John Clayton' bears yellow flowers and will rebloom. Good production of red berries. Resistant to leaf diseases.
  • 'Magnifica' has large, bright red flowers with yellow inside.
  • 'Sulphurea' bears bright yellow flowers
