Small, clumping, semiievergreen grass with showy flowers. Soft green leaves form dense clumps. Flowers are small and heart shaped and will quiver in the breeze.
This is a clumping cool season grass.
Remove old flowers spikes in the summer. Cutting back old foliage to within several inches of the crown and watering will encourage fresh new growth for late season.
Good as a mass planting to act as a groundcover.
Used as a single specimen or grouped for mid to front of the border.
