4-H Online

4-H Online is the new enrollment and event registration website where families go to:

  • Enroll in a club
  • Choose projects they want to explore and exhibit
  • Order project manuals*
  • Update personal information (i.e. address, email, phone, etc.)
  • Check event information (i.e. Newsletters, Calendar of Events, etc.)
  • Register for an event (coming soon)
  • Participate in QAEC and/or PQA Certification (coming soon)

4-H Online opens the door to many more opportunities all available from one location. The links below will walk you through setting up your family profile and enrolling members and adult volunteers in a club, as well as, how to pay for member enrollment.

The State 4-H Office has implemented a new policy that no family will pay more than $60 toward program fees, regardless of how many youth are enrolled in your family (and living at the same address).

*Because 4-H project manual fees continue to rise, we will start asking families to help cover the cost of their project manuals. Each 4-H member will be allowed to order up to three (3) project manuals at no additional fee. Any manuals ordered above that quantity (4 or more) will be charged a $5 fee per manual. Many manuals now cost more than $8 and we often have members sign up for numerous projects, order manuals for each, and then decide to only exhibit one or two projects. This leaves Extension with a sizeable publication expense with very little to show for it (no pun intended). We do not intend for this to cause a financial burden to our 4-H families, so please remember that we do offer financial assistance for anyone who needs it. To pay for your project manuals (4 or more), please visit our website at: and choose the Project Manual Fee link from the Register Online section. NOTE: This does not apply to Cloverbuds. All Cloverbud manuals are free of charge.
