Mosbacher. Since that time, the outstanding achievements of 127 McLean County 4-H Club members have been recognized as they receive this award in honor of Mr. Mosbacher. Mr. Mosbacher passed away in 2002, and he is remembered for his many contributions to the program. The awards are given to encourage graduated senior 4-H members to continue their education beyond high school by awarding cash scholarship grants. Depending on the number of qualified applicants, one to three scholarships will be granted in the amount of at least $2,000. To receive this award is both an honor and a financial aid to the recipient.
