Cutting Boards

Plastic cutting boards are recommended for cutting meat. It is best to use a cutting board that is specifically dedicated to use with raw meat.

Wash cutting boards with hot soapy water after each use (some can be washed in the dishwasher).

  • Rinse.
  • Sanitize with bleach solution (1 tablespoon bleach in 2 quarts of water).
  • Air dry.
  • Discard cracked or worn cutting boards.
