Richard Hentschel discusses the merits of eating more veggies from our gardens as a good source of nutrtion with Laura Barr, Extension nutrition and wellness educator. Laura talks about eating less salt by seasoning our food with fresh or dried herbs and seasonings. Laura notes there are lots of fruits, both fresh and frozen, that will benefit our health.
