Features
Shrub rose with dark green foliage and single-petal pink blooms. Blooms are 2-3 inches wide (petal count 5-10) held in large clusters. Slight fragrance. Recurrent bloomer with red fruits in the fall.
Culture
Full sun and well-drained soil. Prune by the renewal methods removing about one-third of the oldest canes in the spring to the soil line as needed to keep an open shrub and maintain new cane production. Prune the stem back to a branch angle (a process called heading back) as needed to reduce width and height.
Notes
Makes a good ground cover rose because of its wide growth habit. Good for borders.
