The inventories help volunteers identify the skills they need to be successful in their role. Topics range from volunteer management to club program management, from family involvement to making meetings fun, from involving youth to behavior management, from project learning to communications to understanding youth. Workshops range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes. Sessions are also available and relevant for other youth development professionals.
