July 10, 2017 (6:30 PM )

Looking for ways to engage your customers, build your brand, and educate the community? Want to attract and retain a loyal customer base? It’s all about customer engagement! Urbana’s Market at the Square offers a variety of free programs and events that are low-cost and high-return opportunities that can be applied to farmers markets just like yours! Learn how you can apply these relevant, interactive and interesting (and sometimes even quirky!) programs at your market by attending this ILFMA webinar.

The speaker is Natalie Kenny Marquez from Urbana Market at the Square. Natalie represents the seventh generation of her family to reside in Champaign County and enjoys that she can connect with her family’s deep agricultural roots with her work as Director of Urbana’s Market at the Square. Natalie has a passion for marketing and social media and tries to carry these ideas and concepts over to the farmers market. Natalie has a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Political Science from Southern Illinois University and Masters in Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In addition she serves as President of the board of directors of the Illinois Farmers Market Association and also sits on the board of directors of Visit Champaign County.
