Register now for the 2013 Pharmaceutical Waste Stewardship Summit

Registration is now open for the 2013 Pharmaceutical Waste Stewardship Summit to be held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on June 11, 2013.
The University of Wisconsin Cooperative Extension and the Product Stewardship Institute will be hosting the meeting from 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.

At the summit you will:
  • Learn about the status of extended producer responsibility bills introduced at local, state, and federal levels
  • Hear from the best performing medicine take-back program operators in the Great Lakes
  • Learn about a recent Wisconsin study estimating the costs of take-back programs
  • Network with experts on a range of issues, from drug abuse to environmental impacts

Registration Fee: $50 (includes lunch)
Dial-in participation is available for those unable to attend in person. The $50 registration fee also applies to dial-in participants.

Limited travel reimbursements are available on a first come first serve basis*.

*Total reimbursement is limited to $600/person for transportation, lodging (at the Ramada City Centre at $80/night), registration and qualified meals.

A block of 25 rooms has been reserved at the Ramada Milwaukee City Centre for Monday, June 10 & Tuesday, June 11 at the Wisconsin state rate of $80.00 per night. This hotel offers free parking and is located 3 blocks from the conference site. Interested attendees should call the hotel and request a room from the Pharmaceutical Waste Stewardship Summit block. A credit card will be required to reserve the room.
