Hi, I planted the Smaragd variety what I believe is too far a apart (at about 3-4' on center) thinking that they were like the neighboring Techny (I believe the others are Techny). Assuming I cannot find any other variety than the Smaragd, can I plant them at 2 feet apart with good results?

Hi Greg, thank you very much for your quick reply. Are most of the Arborvitae varieties rabbit resistant? They have destroyed my dwarf burning bushes and I will likely replace those (unfortunately) with the Smarags. Thanks and regards.
