Is "horticultural vinager" 20% registered for use as a herbicide in Illinois?

I am being urged to use vinage as a natural herbicide, but cannot confirm if the 20% solutions are actually registered for use. If not, I can not legally apply it?

Thanks

Hi Ted, According to Tammy O'Brien at IDA, Weed Pharm (20% vinegar) is registered for use in IL. However, http://pharmsolutions.com/weed_pharm.html does not list IL. They need to update their site.

Please keep in mind the label says Danger. It's corrosive and causes eye damage. Users need to realize that this is not kitchen vinegar and goggles are needed.
