I had a bed of hens & chicks for almost 30yrs. that did great , they multiplied so fast I was always giving them away. then last year they started to rot for no apparent reason. I ended up loosing all of them. the bed stayed empty until about 6 weeks ago when I got some from someone I shared them with many years ago & NOW THEY ARE STARTING TO DO THE SAME THING. Help!!

Hi Pat, You did not mention the soil or how you are watering. There can be soil born fungus. I wonder about amending the soil with new soil, lots of sand or soilless mix. good luck, sandy
