Mandovillia

I've kept a mandovillia in it's pot inside for the winter months for three years now. In the spring I put it out on the deck and it's just now flowering. My question is - is it a perennial? Can I plant it outside? Will it survive the winter in the ground??

Nancy, Mandavillas are lovely but are tropical and will survive winter only as indoor plant. Sandy
