Miss Kim Lilac Bushes

have Miss Kim Lilac Bushes. They are about 2 years old. Wonderful bushes but just today I noticed the leaves turning brown and curling just starting at the top of all my bushes. They are not touching each other. In fact I have shrub roses between all my Miss Kim's. I know the leaves curl but these are difinitely completely brown and dead. And it seems to be travelling down the plant. What can I do to save the plants. Thanks so much. Debbie
