Many groups could benefit from using such a facility. They would want to know what your terms of use are, however. When is the kitchen available? Who would they talk to about scheduling? Do you charge any fees? What equipment is provided? Should they bring their own? How big of a group can you accomodate? How far in advance do you need to schedule the kitchen? Do you have to get a key from someone, or is the building unlocked until a certain time? What is the parking like around the building? Think through some of these questions and answers before you advertise that it is available. It sounds like it could be quite interesting and fun!
