I live in a sub division in Urbana and we have fall seeded grass around our pond with thistles coming up in it. Can I legally make a herbicide application on this to control the thistles or does it need to be done by a licensed professional.

Hi Rodney, From your description it sounds like it would need to be done by a professional with the proper licensing. If it is your property that you own you do not need a license, however the minute you step off your property the rules change. Sounds like this is owned by the association et al. Sandy
