I have a peoines bush that is loaded with blooms but they are not opening and I am afraid I am going to lose them. I did split it this spring because I didn't know the ins and outs of gardening, even with splitting they are very full. Can I save them.

Hi Wanda, by splitting them this spring you may have interrupted their bloom or stressed them a bit too much so the flowers did not develop completely. Peonies are flowering later this year because of early cool weather so give them some time. if not they should flower fine next year. sandy
