Joan, I did not receive the previous message you had referenced so not sure I have all the info. However if you are referring to herbicides there is no herbicide that will kill broadleaf weeds and not kill green beans if the spray contacts the beans. best to get out the hoe or if small enough weeds smother with mulch. good luck, sandy
