What do u knw about this beetle? I understand it is not in Missouri yet? It effects ash trees I've been told. What about Purple Ash trees? Is there a treatment to prevent infestation? My husband and I just had 3 purple ash tree's planted in the last 2 wks and just learned of this emerald (something)beetle and were told it will kill our trees. Please advise whatever info you have. thank you, Barbara Smith
