My roses have many blooms and they are starting to die. What is the correct way to trim the blooms off? I have heard 3 and 5 leaf branches. What would be the answer?

HI Kevin, Just follow the stem down to the first 5 leaflet leaf and trim just above that. This is where the new stem will arise. on some minor branches you may notice there are only 3 leaflet leaves so just go down a couple of leaf nodes to trim. Hopw this helps. Sandy
