tiny moths

Our basement has an infiltration of very tiny, dark gray or black moths (I think). There seems to be a concentration near the sump pump. We tried sealing most of that and fly strips in the area. They keep coming and sometimes make it up into the house proper. We have been battling these things for over a month. Thank you for any help.

Beverely so sorry fo rthe delay in reply and maybe it is a non issue now. sounds like drain flies that breed in seldom used drains. a good cleaning with bleach solution to take care of it. and again my regrets.
