Composting worms

Hello,

I've read that using red worms for composting may not be the best idea and that 'regional worms' should be considered first. I live in a high rise downtown so don't have that much space for vermiposting, but wanted to check with you which type you'd recommend - and, if possible, where would be some local places to get them.

Thank you, Jason
