I have a healthy mandavilla plant that has one leaf with a brown spot. I had the same problem last summer with several mandavilla some new plants and two that were approx 3-4 yrs. old. I have friends 25 block way from my home and they had the same problem. Its a brown ring mark that spreads to other leaves.

I have them in the sun most of the day. Please help!

Mandevillas generally dont get alot of disease problems. Powdery mildew and bacterial spot possibly. From your description it sounds more like bacterial leaf spot. I woudl recommend removing the infected leaves as they appear and do not wet the leaves. Check with your local University Extension for the local office where you can bring in a sample. This website may help to locate an office. http://www.rcre.rutgers.edu/garden/
