I am attempting to buy locally grown food and am wondering if there is a place to purchase flour milled from Illinois grown wheat?

Lynne, I contacted Strawberry Fields in Urbana. Most of their flour is from Michigan or Minnesota. I will contact their buyer Matt tomorrow to see if it is available locally. Keep you posted, Steve

Lynne, Just chatted with Matt at Strawberry Fields in Urbana. They do carry Peterson's Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour that is from Illinois. Thanks, Steve
