Hi John, you dont say whre you ahve them but I assume you are finding them in your house. They are usually considered a nuisance pest and dont do harm. It can help to remove any plant debris, organic mulch or boards from around the outside foundation. they like to hide in moist dark places. If needed and outside spray of cyfluthrin or permethrin can help on the foudntion and soil next to house. read and follow all label directions. hope this helps.
