There are a couple of ways to participate in the Horse project without owning a horse. First off, you could do the Horse project and use the project books and do a Horse Science display board for fair. Project members can also take part in judging contests and clinics related to the Horse project.
Join 4-H and visit with the Horse Committee for help with the 4-H Horse project.
