Live Oak Disease

Dear Sirs: We have two live oak trees that are showing some signs of disease. The tips of some leaves are turning brown,but the worst is the spots that are one the bark. They are weeping white foamy stuff, in about 25-30maybe more areas. Dead limbs. I tried researshing something.Maybe Oak wilt? I did find white worms or larva? and a dark kind of beetle? any help what i should do Thank you June Koentz 618-698-7416 or 618-224-7078
