When you go for a walk with your dog on a leash, he needs good manners.
Teach your dog to walk on your left side. When first training your dog to walk with you, place a treat in front of him as you walk and say "heel." Reward him when he walks next to you without pulling. If he does pull on the leash, stop walking and wait for him to stop pulling on the leash and ask him to sit. Continue your walk only when he calms down and is ready to listen. Always remember to reward your dog when he does something you ask him to do. If he knows what makes you happy, he will be sure to do it again!
