I am considering investing in walnuts for nut production.

My question is two fold: 1) What are the advantages of one type of Walnut tree over another for nut production and marketability?

2) I would like to buy property in either Northwest Arkansas, Souther Missouri, or Eastern Oklahoma depending on what I can find on the market with the right soil and conditions. Can you offer some insight / direction to aid me in this decision?
